Return Instructions

To return one of our products, the product must have a completed Return Authorization form. Please print and complete the form:

For troubleshooting issues or for help retrieving a Return form please call 1-866-351-6990 or email info@haydenreis.com. We reserve the right not to accept any return without a completed Return form.

Rules & Restrictions

Custom products and monogram orders can not be returned and are non- refundable. If the product is defective we will replace or repair your product.

Standard stock products that are purchased directly from Hayden Reis are returnable with a full merchandise credit within 15 days of purchase with a receipt.

Products must be in new conditions with hangtags attached.

Returns must have a completed Return Authorization form included.

Shipping and Handling costs are non-refundable.

Sale merchandise is not available for returns after 5 business days of receipt of the merchandise.

You can expect refunds within 7 days after we receive the returned product.

Credit

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 7 days of receiving your product. Your refund will include the cost of the item plus any applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling will not be refunded. You will only be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer or shipping error on our part.
